Bespoke Commissions

Have you ever wanted to design your very own piece of jewellery?
​A large amount of our work consists of producing bespoke items for our customers, offering support & advice throughout the whole process.
Whether you want to create a new and unique piece of jewellery or want to transform a pre-existing item, we will work closely with your requests and ideas to help achieve your dream. 

Seal Engraving

We work closely with a fantastically talented seal engraver. Heraldic engraving is a very specialised service and we have built a trusted relationship with our engraver.
​Traditional seal-engraving involves the reproduction of your family crest or coat of arms onto an item of jewellery (signet rings, cufflinks, silverware and desk-stamps). If you need help finding your family crest, please just ask.

Design Services

We offer a personal design service here at Eaton & Jones. Karen and John have a combined 90+ years experience in jewellery design and will help you from the very first steps, right through to the final tweaks.
​Design is an extremely fundamental part of jewellery making and it is also a very personal process. We make sure you have all the advice, time and help you could want.

Repairs & Restoration

Well-loved jewellery needs to be looked after and cared for. We are able to restore or alter your jewellery in our on-site workshop. We can repair or replace damaged clasps, catches and settings as well as match, replace and re-set lost/damaged diamonds and gemstones.

CAD 

AKA Computer Aided Design. ​
We have an incredibly talented CAD designer who can turn your visions into reality. This design route allows you to view the design in 3D before going ahead. It caters for extremely detailed and complex design, as well as simple classics. If you have any ideas (photos/sketches) please get in touch. All questions are welcomed!

Upcycle Jewellery

If you have recently inherited your grandmother's ring or are just looking to re-vamp an old piece of jewellery, then you have come to the right place.  We have many years experience in re-using and re-cycling old jewellery, to produce fantastic updated pieces, whether it be a ring, earrings or a fabulous pendant. We can also melt down sentimental jewellery to be used in new, up-to-date designs.

Restringing

​We offer a professional re-stringing service for bead & pearl necklaces. 
Top Tip: Increased movement between beads may indicate stretching and wear; a sign they need to be re-strung.

Hand Engraving

What better way is there to personalise an item of jewellery for a loved one? Hand engraving allows you to add personal messages, initials or one-off designs to jewellery and silverware. 

Valuations

Our NAJ registered valuer is extremely knowledgeable and works on-site at Eaton & Jones. Our valuer is highly experienced in valuing for both probate and insurance purposes.
